St Mary, Cantref

St Mary's is one of the six rural churches in the Beacons Benefice which covers an area to the south east of Brecon, with the Brecon Beacons to the south and the River Usk valley to the north. Find it by post code on Sat Nav - it's opposite Cantref Adventure Farm. Services are currently held at each church once a month. Services in the other five churches in the Benefice are St Brynach, Llanfrynach - 1st Sunday; St Meugan, nr Pencelli (Llanfeugan) - 2nd Sunday; St Bridget, Llansantffraed - 3rd Sunday; Ss Peter & Illtyd, Llanhamlach - 3rd Sunday; St Tetti, nr Talybont (Llandetty) - 4th Sunday. In June, the six churches moved into the new Beacons, Usk & Epynt Ministry Area. Services and news about the churches will be available soon on a new Ministry Area website.
